I have Li-Ion batteries in a Canon Camcorder. They were unused for about three months and now won't hold a charge.

Is there anything that can be done to refresh them?

Hi Seven,

The memory effect is more pronounced in Ni-Cd than it is in Ni-MH, but Ni-MH batteries do loose their charge depth if they aren't fully discharged routinely.

Just curious on Ni-MH section, it said "NiMH batteries suffer from memory effect". If I'm not mistaken, I don't think Ni-MH has memory effect. As far as I'm concerned, only Ni-Cd. Please advise, thanks.
